Leider kein Kühlschrank stand Freitag, Samstag vor der Zimmertür. Kaputtes Gelsengitter. Durschkopf miserabel, wurde nach Reklamation ausgetauscht. Garage nicht von außen zu öffnen. Man mußte durchs Hotel in die Tiefgarage und von innen öffnen. Sehr freundliches Personal im Restaurantbereich. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Ein bemühter Aushilfshausmeister.

Verstopfte Abflüsse in Waschbecken und Duschen. Der Eintritt in die Sonnentherme ist nicht inbegriffen. Das sollte vorher deutlich gesagt werden. Das Frühstück ist überhaupt nicht besonders.. Es war ein sehr enttäuschender Geburtstag für mich..

Positives und Negatives

Positiv: Fr. Verena an der Reception -sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit strahlenden lächeln - hier fühlt man sich in guten Händen. Beim Check-In kann man auch bevor das Zimmer fertig ist, bereits in die Therme gehen bzw den eigenen Wellnessbereich nutzen. Hierfür besteht die Möglichkeit, auch die Bademäntel/Handtücher vorab mit einer Tasche zu bekommen. Auch am Abreisetag kann man dieses Service bis zu den Hotelöffnungszeiten nützen. Der Wellnessbereich ist für die Hotelgröße passend. Bis auf die Finnische Sauna habe ich alles Bereiche besucht und auch genützt. Auch zu Halloween konnte man im Park die Attraktion benützen. LEUTE: Ein "Naturbadeteich" ist eben NATUR-PUR und kein Aussenpool, daher verstehe ich so manche Kritiken nicht, mann muss nur lesen!!! In dieser Hotelanlage gibt es einen Whirlpool im Aussenbereich (Eingang vom Wellnessbereich) sowie ein Naturbadeteich, 2x Sauna, 1x Dampfkabine. Negativ:Es gibt auch einen Nachmittags-Snack von 14:00h- 15:30h. Dieser ist "auf den Buchungsplattformen" nicht angeführt, ebenso die INFO, dass dies nur für Vollpension Reservierungen bestimmt ist. Daher fallen die Nächtigung mit Frühstück da raus. Wir wollten am Anreisetag die Vollpension dazubuchen, was aber angeblich wegen Vollbelegung der Zimmer nicht möglich war? Am Abend an der Bar gibt es leider nur sehr wenig Auswahl, keine Coktails. Auch ging dem Kellner das Eis aus. Dafür hat er wenigstens ein paar Nüsse auf den Tisch gestellt.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr sehr lecker. Das Problem waren die Betten aber das kann man nicht jedem recht machen

Durchschnittliches Hotel in guter Lage

Für eine Nacht war das Hotel in Ordnung, länger hätten wir nicht dort bleiben wollen. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen und es hatte gefühlte 50 Grad im Zimmer. Beim Frühstück gab es zwar viel Auswahl, die Qualität war aber nicht berauschend. Das Personal war freundlich und man wird für die Therme mit Handtüchern und Bademänteln ausgestattet. Außerdem gibt es einen unterirdischen Gang direkt zur Therme, das ist super!

Ich habe noch nie so schlecht ausgebildete Servierpersonal gesehen, die eine Dame hat jedesmal wenn sie ein Teller abgeräumt hat, laut Dankeschön gesagt????? Die zweite wollte meine gestapelten Teller abräumen (2 Stück)da ich mit den Essen noch nicht fertig war sagte ich nein sie kann den Teller nicht haben, daraufhin schmiss sie den halbvollen Teller runter und nahm den leeren mit. Essen von Gästen sollte tabu sein. Noch nie hab ich so ein schlecht sortiertes 4 Sterne Hotel gesehen, bis auf Duschgel incl,Shampoo war nichts vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage wurde am Abend erst eingeschaltet nachdem die ersten Gäste ca 10 Min. schon anwesend waren,die Fenster waren meist verschlossen

Negativ: -keine Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer im Sommer schlafen nur bei offenen Fenster möglich -unterirdischer Durchgang zur Therme nicht Kinderwagen gerecht, sehr viele Stufen -Hotel eigenes Biotop verunreinigt, Wasserschlange und Frösche gesichtet, unhygienisch -Kinderspielplatz uneinladend, beschränkte Spielmöglichkeiten

In Ordnung mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Das Hotel hat gute Ideen, es fehlt aber etwas die Herzlichkeit. Der Empfang war höflich aber distanziert.Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 1 Erwachsene und 2Teenager(12,14) gebucht und eine Familiensuite mit einem “Storchennest“ als Bett und einer Länge von ca1,50m erhalten.Auf Nachfrage wurde uns schließlich ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, nachdem das jedoch sehr klein war und nach Rauch gerochen hat,haben wir dann doch die erste Variante behalten. Ansonst hatte man ein bisschen das Gefühl, man wäre lästig.(genauso wie auf die Frage,ob es auch für die Kinder Bademäntel gibt-gab es aber etwas unwillig) Das Zimmer war ,bis auf den Teppich,sauber, es fehlen Möglichkeiten,die Badesachen zu trocknen.(ein Wäscheständer statt des Wickeltisches hätte für uns gereicht). Betten sind sehr hart,wobei die Vorlieben da ja subjektiv sind. Der Verbindungsgang zur Therme ist ideal, das Frühstück war auch perfekt. Alles in allem also in Ordnung,vielleicht kann man am Service etwas arbeiten( herzliche Begrüßung, beim Frühstück den Tisch zeigen bzw überhaupt anwesend sein..)

Schönes hotel in thermen Nähe

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes hotel aber sehr gepflegt und super nettes Personal. Frühstück reichhaltig, nachmittagssnack mit Suppe und salatbuffet im Preis inbegriffen und abends sehr gutes 4 Gang Wahlmenü. Für kinder gibt es ein kleines Buffet. Der unterirdische Gang zur therme sehr praktisch da man gleich mit dem Badesachen durchmaschieren kann....

오스트리아의 헝가리 국경에 있는 전원 마을. 인근에 어린이 놀이공원이 있고, 그 주위에 호텔이 몇개 모여있는 시골마을. 주변에 기타 다른 시설은 없으며, 심신의 안정을 위해 가족끼리 쉴 목적으로 찾으면 좋을 듯. 호텔 뒷편에 낚시터가 있음.

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Fehlern

- ein grosser Fleck am Teppichboden (Raum 101) - gebrauchtes Handtuch hinter Beistellbett - Die Bademäntel waren alt und verschlissen - EIntrittskarte erst in der Therme zu zahlen in Standartschlange; mit Bademantel in der Kälte; mit Kindern..... - keine Dekorationen bzw. keine Vorhänge im Speiseraum - WC Muschel hat dunklen Kalkstreifen auf der Rückseite - Personal im Speisesaal sehr bemüht; "sehen" aber nicht alles. Manche Wartezeiten nicht erklärbar bzw. hat der Kellner den "Essensablauf" nicht im Auge

Good hotel but no airconditioning

Nothing fancy about this hotel, the service is good though be careful because they have limited reception hours so if you want to check in after 8 pm, you are out of luck (or you need to call them in advance). The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable but be warned, there is NO A/C! You may get a fan, but it is not really the same if it is hot outside. The best part of the stay was the breakfast.
