"Reasonably priced, micro and frig. Comfortable bed, lots of tv channels. Plenty of close to room parking walkable dinner type restaurant with tasty food. No real amenities. bathroom had no shelf for supplies or trash can. Seemed like some guests lived there. Easy drive to Falls Park and downtown. Very easy access to highway. Great base if not spending much time at the hotel. Staff was friendly but minimal. "

"For the price of the room n Brandon, MN we felt could use some-upgrades . Carpet on 2nd floor was buckling Fresh paint Hot tub in room 201 is not the best design . Difficult to get in due to 2 tile steps plus slippery getting out. Drain sticking up in the middle of tub . What’s up with the dresser at the foot of the bed that was close to foot of bed. Upgrade TVs Breakfast was top notch . Thank You,"

Remodeled downtown studio with remarkable views!

"The room appeared to be clean, however I spilt some water on the floor and when I cleaned it up, the paper towel was black. It did not appear the floors had been scrubbed in quite some time. Bed was comfy. Kitchen could have been stocked better, particularly with water glasses. Limited towels, only 2 bath towels for a 3 night stay for 2 of us, one kitchen hand towel, one dish cloth and no towel to dry dishes, the dishwasher was out of order. Thankfully, a washer and dryer was on sight, with no additional cost to use it. Be aware, the apartment is up three half flights of steps, if that may be a problem. The "views" were NOT remarkable, unless brick buildings and roads fall into that category. Although, Luverne is a quaint community, it offers a beautiful city park along a river, with a nice playground and picnic area. Significant road noise was heard. We would probably stay there again, as other options in town are much more expensive or extremely run down."
