Inside, you’ll find a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The living area is bright and welcoming with large windows, plush seating, and a 55" Roku TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal, including pots, pans, spices, and three ways to brew your morning coffee—drip, French press, and Nespresso. The cozy bedroom features Egyptian-cotton linens, a second 55" Roku TV, and room-darkening shades for a restful sleep. For chilly nights, the wood-burning fireplace and central heating create a warm and inviting atmosphere, while Starlink high-speed internet keeps you connected.

Outside, the large deck and private yard are made for relaxing—whether you’re lounging in the sun, roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, or soaking in the hot tub beneath the night sky. The property is bordered on three sides by creeks and surrounded by natural beauty. Keep an eye out for moose, rabbits, beavers hard at work, and the local owls who like to serenade you at night. Quiet, calm, and full of wonder, this guesthouse is a perfect northern escape.

Guests have full, exclusive use of the entire guesthouse, located about sixty feet from the main house with ample parking. Entry is seamless with a digital code lock, allowing for 24-hour keyless check-in and complete privacy. The hot tub is available year-round for you to relax after a day of exploring Atlin. We recommend bringing slippers or a bathrobe for comfort when heading outside.

Your privacy is fully respected, but we’re nearby if you need anything. Our friendly groundskeeper and co-host Moe is available on-site and can assist with anything from local recommendations to a fresh bucket of ice. Hosts are always reachable by message or phone and happy to help however we can.

For extended stays, cleaning is provided once per week, and additional cleaning can be arranged upon request. RVs are welcome—shore power and water hookups are available (please include extra guests in your booking and let us know ahead of time).
