Ground floor:
- A separate fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, Nespresso and classic coffee makers, kettle, toaster), as well as a large living room with dining area (seats up to 6), lounge with TV, fireplace (wood not available), study and WC.

First floor:
- One bedroom with double bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190), en-suite bathroom with bath, WC and views of the Château de Luynes. Fans available in case of very hot weather.

Outside:
Enjoy a bucolic garden with a shady arbour ideal for al fresco dining, as well as a small charcoal barbecue. You'll also have the option of safely storing your bikes in the courtyard.
