"This is such high class hospitality. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we felt like we were the most important guests they had to take care off that day and every day following. The friendliness and helpful staff is something missing from many establishments these days. I could not find a thing out of place or anything that wasn’t right. It was truly the perfect stay, so good that we didn’t just start our three week holiday there with a three night stay but decided to end it with another three nights at New Works Makati.
