We ate breakfast at at Sen restaurant, lunch at the outdoor poolside bar, and dinner at Organics restaurant all on site every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel very clean and well presented, we would definitely stay again. We used hotel car service to transfer from Hanoi airport to hotel, and booked one of the hotel tours for a half day boat ride in Tam Coc - both were great."

Dinner: limited vegetarian selection but enough for a couple of days and all tasty. Front of house team all very helpful and friendly. They arranged a car with driver for us for the day and a half sightseeing - reasonably priced and saved having to wait for Grabs etc- and they also arranged a car to take us back to Hanoi airport at the end of our trip. Would definitely stay there again."

"It’s in Pho Co, the new section. It’s fun to wonder around. Our room was so beautiful, clean, modern. We love the heated floor and toilet. The breakfast room has beautiful view. You need to order food in advance. Food is tasty. Massage on the too level with river view was great! We will definitely come back!"
