All staff, starting from the reception desk, restaurant, clients agents, bartenders, waitress and waitresses, cleaners was extremely nice, helpful and especially Anna- client agent, who was looking after us, went above and beyond, an extra mile, to make even our last hours in the hotel the most enjoyable.
