New rental!!! Luxury living on Tim’s Ford Lake

  • If you’re looking for a serene get-a-way that’s nestled in the woods with wildlife galore but that is also newly remodeled and professionally decorated and that offers a lake view and no steps to the water with a private dock—then look no further! You have found luxury living on Tims Ford Lake!

    Our lake home is inside the highly sought after Ridgeville Subdivision and has plenty of room for your family! With 6 bedrooms and multiple beds in most rooms, you’re sure to be able to fit everyone! You’re welcome to dock your boat in the open bay of our new dock during your stay! You can even have a boat delivered right to our dock through one of the boat rental agencies on the lake. We recommend Boat Winchester or Tim's Ford Marina to rent boats. We are also conveniently located only 5 minutes from lost creek boat ramp, 15 minutes from the world famous Jack Daniels Distillery and 30 minutes from the quaint downtown of Winchester.

    We know you will appreciate our lake home being newly renovated—from the floors to the ceilings…the paint, cabinets, decor, furniture, 20' high fireplace, beds and sheets and linens…it’s ALL brand new! Enjoy relaxing in luxury, you won’t regret it! Sipping coffee on our deck while watching the wildlife walk past and fish jumping around our dock is one of the most relaxing things you will encounter during your stay!

    You can also enjoy swimming and fishing off the dock in our super quiet and safe cove. Our kids often catch blue gill and sunfish in a matter of minutes! You’re also welcome to enjoy using all of our new outdoor fun things such as: kayaks, froggy lily pad, floating slip-n-slide platform for kids, dock furniture, patio furniture and outdoor gas fireplace for s’mores making! This is luxury living at its finest and we have a feeling you will want to extend your stay or come back again and again!

    Please note: Strictly non-smoking. Ideal for a family week/weekend get-a-way or church retreat. 12 people maximum. Driveway is very steep, no heavy trucks with trailers allowed. Spiral staircase leads to downstairs. Guests must be a minimum of 30 years old to book this property.

Rules

Driveway is very steep. No trailers allowed. Trailers must be stored at top of the driveway.
Our boat is stored on our lift under our covered dock. Your boat and jet skis can be stored in our dock in the open bay.
Please abide by the “no wake” policy in our cove. Jet skis and boats should be driven very slowly by docks. Quiet hours for our cove are 9pm to 7am.

Great lake retreat

Beautiful large house with lots of bedrooms / beds, and well set up for families/kids. Easy access to the lake, and plenty of aquatic toys and kids life vests available to use.

Wonderful stay on the lake!

This is a fantastic lake home that can accomodate multiple families with children of different ages. We really enjoyed the home, the lake, and dock with some water fun provided by the owner including a floating pad and kayaks. The owner Jen was great and super responsive to us throughout our stay. I definitively recommend this property on the lake and we plan to come back!

Perfect location on the lake

Excellent location in a quiet cove with great places to tube, surf and hangout very close by. House is set up well for different family/guest ages. The dock is perfect for hanging out and fishing. Owner replies to texts very quickly. Highly recommend.
