"Property was moder, spacious, and well decorated. The host was very responsive and helpful - we discovered the coffee maker wasn’t working on our first morning, and he had a new one shipped to the door by that afternoon. My only reservation is that there is a train track just a couple blocks away, and we experienced multiple train horns in the middle of the night. If you’re a heavy sleeper this shouldn’t be an issue, but my wife is woken easily. We might have picked a different neighborhood if we had been aware of the proximity to the tracks. Still, it was very convenient to both Meow Wolf and Arnold Brewing, which we had on our list of places to go. "

"Do NOT book this! These are false pictures, when I came the room had no sheets, there was stains on all beds, the window was broken and the shade was bent, there was a dead roach in the restroom stuck on the rug. I felt super uncomfortable and had to contact support and they were unable to get in contact with the host to even help me. Out of anywhere I’ve ever stayed this had been the most nastiest environment, because there are multiple rooms with multiple people I would expect the cleanliness of the property to be kept up but it was terrible, I didn’t stay longer than 15 minutes. Please save your money and your self."

"The house was beautiful & very clean. Kitchen has basics - plates for 5 people, a few pieces of silverware & basic cooking utensils. There was no toaster but the oven worked fine as a substitute. The neighborhood is a little rough but we had no issues & would rent this house again if we were in the area. "

"Our stay was cancelled an hour before check in. Things happen - totally get that. The problem is that the host didn’t reach out to me. I reached out to her because I didn’t have check in instructions and that’s when she let me know. We were hours from home and had to find a place to stay within an hour ."
