10/10 Excellent

"Nice stay at the Hart Hotel in Medina. I was there for a work trip and was amazed by the property and city. The hotel room I stayed in was spacious with simple/ standard amenities. The communication from the hotel was excellent and detailed. Breakfast was not included but per the house book you can order however I didn’t partake."

"The inflexible and understaffed Hilton Spark reflect the lack of control local staff when a major corporation is only looking at savings. The staff does not allow early check-in (never), does not know if rooms have been clean (mine wasn’t), and a maid could not let me back in my room when she saw I had locked myself out (walk way back to front desk where there’s no staff to get another key card). The handicap accessible room is at the far end of the hotel, so they tell you to park near the room and use the side door, that has no key card entry and has a 10” step (not accessible). Look at locally owned options for cute little Lockport."

"This property made an excellent place for a family to relax and entertain. The living space and out door space was comfortable and relaxing. The view of the water excellent. No washer was inconvenient but doable."

"It was our 7 year anniversary this past week and I was lucky enough to find this property for our anniversary. Coffee in the treehouse each morning, walking down the dirt road to the lake. The sunsets on the lake are the best we have ever seen. We enjoyed all the wineries near by, walking around Olcott beach town that is down the road and ofcourse going to Niagra Falls. The cabin was amazing the host Dave is very good at communicating. It was perfect!"

"The room was dirty cat food under where the TV was cat toys under sofa film around the hot tub and saw bugs. The young man at the desk was very polite and helpful. The woman owner was very rude and was very ignorant in her word choices basically racially profiled my girlfriend that was with me. Will never go here ever again."
