"Overall, the property is in rather good condition, however, Saturday afternoon, around 4pm, the elevator suddenly quit working and guests were not notified, nor were any signs placed on or near the elevator. This made it rather difficult as Saturday night we had to carry two heavy wedding gifts down three flights of stairs and the next morning we had to carry all of our luggage, including a larger cooler, down the same amount of stairs."

"We had a great stay at this property! It was very clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect for our event near the NOW Arena, and it was only about a 40-minute drive to MDW without traffic. The house is in a safe, clean, and nice neighborhood with the added convenience of parking in both the garage and driveway.The home was well-equipped with everything we needed—cooking essentials, a gas stove that made cooking easy, washer/dryer, plenty of linens, and comfortable living spaces. With 4 beds, 2.5 bathrooms, a game room full of activities, and a backyard with a lovely covered area, it was perfect for relaxing and entertaining.The host was extremely responsive, which made the experience even smoother. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again!"

"This property was perfect for me and my family. The home was clean with convenient supplies and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard area. The neighborhood was quiet. The location is near food and entertainment. The communication with Gergana was timely and excellent. We will use this location again for future travels in the Illinois area.
