"Extremely Disappointed — Would Not Recommend
We stayed at Clarion Hotel The Edge and were extremely disappointed. For the price charged — the same as the Radisson, where we stayed the previous week and which was exceptional — this hotel simply does not deliver.
The beds were awful. So soft they felt like trampolines, offering no support at all. We’ve stayed in many Nordic hotels and the beds are usually fantastic — these were not. We asked if there were rooms with better beds and were shown...

"We were treated very badly by one of the receptionists of name Haidi as I was informed. The remaining of the staff were very nice but she made our stay very uncomfortable and I don’t think I will return to this hotel due to her extreme rude behavior with the guests.
We liked the room was nice but because of that incident with her we felt very bad to stay at this hotel.
