"We arrived at the Property 5 hours before checkin time. The office issued us a parking pass so we could walk around and see the local area. We returned at 4 pm to checkin and tbey informed us that our room wasnt quite ready. We went next door and got some dinner and returned at 5:50 and the room still wasn't ready. Had to sit the parking lot untill 7:30 before we got into our room. And of course the television didn't work. WHAT a way to start a vacation. The view of the Gulf was blocked by a Palm Tree. Room was in really rough shape mold in the bathroom floor, flooring was missing trim accents we were scared to walk in our bare feet. I wouldn't wish this stay on my worst enemy....Never again Expedia...."

"Preface this post by saying we had a great stay! However first night was bad. We came at the end of spring break (won’t do that again). We thought we missed it but we didn’t. We came in late and got a room near the road. The room had no ac but it was late and we were tired so we decided to just tough it out. It was loud and annoying. The next morning I went into the front office to see what they could do. They upgraded my room at no charge. We were moved to a beach front and it was night and day. It changed our trip for the better. If you book here I recommend staying beach front if you can. Also the little tiki bar was cool. Lee was a great bartender! All the staff was pleasant. We met Ashley our first night and she was very welcoming at the front desk. Would definitely stay here again! "

"This trip was my 4th time staying at this property and will be the last unless things change drastically. The common areas were filthy with garbage Laying outside the elevators for days, mattresses leaning against the railings. Waited 3 days for clean towels in our room. Zero towels at pool for entire 8 days, no hot coffee or fresh water in lobby. Elevators stink like beer and puke. Was charged a “resort” fee and we couldn’t even use the play area because it was a mess. Someone had puked on the common picnic table the day we arrived, I reported it every day to the front desk and its still remains caked and disgusting on the day we left. Very uninterested workers.i feel bad writing this review since I have thoroughly enjoyed my recent stays. I understand spring break can be challenging, but I paid top dollar for my family vacation and it was mostly anxiety ridden. Also, whoever is in charge of cleaning up the beach, especially the areas of close to the resort are not doing their job."

"I have stayed in some bad hotels in the past, but this one takes the cake. Not only do you have to park in a vacant lot across the street (yes, rain and traffic) but one of the elevators was out. It's when I got to the room when I realized had bad it is. Wanted to call the office Sorry not phone in the room. Wanted to set a wake-up call for the next morning, sorry no alarm in the room. I know, people in the future will stay here, but I assure you there are better places"

"Our room was dusty, has to request for vacuum. It had sink bugs and room was not clean daily, had to request daily. Our bed was never made, unsure why when room was cleaned."

"The staff on the property was nice and very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean however can be updated with better furniture. However over great experience !"

"Everything was great there was just one thing i didnt like and that was the roaches in the room. Now not every room probably had them. If yall could fix that problems than e erything else was great!!!"
