An architect's house in the heart of the village with its shops, restaurants and its castle. You will appreciate the calm of the neighborhood by taking advantage of the covered terrace or the outdoor sofa corner in the sun for a coffee. The T2 tram 150m from the house takes you to Lyon. The proximity to the motorway allows you to quickly reach the airport. You are also 5 minutes from the Saint Priest technology park and 7 minutes from the Eurexpo park. 50 m2 living room to enjoy with friends. Exclusive: We are equipped with wireless headsets translating 36 languages live to facilitate our exchanges with our foreign travelers in order to establish a more elaborate conversation than the simple instructions and greetings of use in English or French. You will have access to the whole house only the garage remains private for storage.
