Restaurant and bar should be open

I think that a hotel claiming to be four stars shouldn't close its restaurant and bar all weekend. There is very little close by and we would have spent plenty had there been anything. We had an email saying the restaurant would be closed but that the bar would be open. In the event neither was availble. The bath was rather grotty in our room, bits of plaster peeling etc.

Tjejen i receptionen var fantastiskt trevlig! Hon får 5 stjärnor av oss. Spelhallen är rätt gammal och sliten. Rummet var fint och rent. Trist att restaurangen är stängd på helger. Men det fanns sjyssta restauranger i närområdet. Ska man klaga på nåt så var det när vi skulle äta frukost och vi fick vänta i 15 minuter för att det var fullt. Och utbudet av valmöjligheter var få. Rätt tråkig och dålig frukost!

Bon séjour

Bon hôtel avec confort et chambre spacieuse. La salle prévue pour les jeux est super . Tout fonctionne hormis le flipper cassé par des clients 😅. Propreté top. Petit déjeuner très bon avec un large choix de fromage. Personnel agréable et la salle de sport est bien. Ce qui tranche, c'est à la piscine. Une partie de la population est un peu en mode racaillou et ça ne colle pas avec le reste de la clientèle ni même le style de l'hôtel. Entendre des femmes et hommes d'un âge mûr parler comme des voyous c'est moyen. Nous avons donc évité la piscine.

Je suis extrêmement déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout d’abord, ma caution de 80 euros, prélevée lors de mon arrivée, ne m’a toujours pas été restituée, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. Malgré mes relances, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse ni explication, ce qui reflète un manque évident de professionnalisme. La chambre dans laquelle j’ai séjourné n’était pas propre : des traces de saleté étaient visibles sur les surfaces, la salle de bain semblait négligée, et le linge de lit ne semblait pas frais. Pour un hôtel, l’hygiène de base devrait être une priorité, mais ce n’était manifestement pas le cas ici. En ce qui concerne les repas, les prix des pizzas et des boissons étaient complètement exorbitants, bien au-dessus des tarifs raisonnables pour ce type de service. Une telle politique tarifaire laisse un sentiment d’exploitation des clients. De plus, l’ascenseur était hors service, sans aucune indication ni solution alternative proposée par l’établissement. Cela a causé un réel inconfort, surtout pour les personnes ayant des bagages lourds ou des difficultés à monter les escaliers. Enfin, l’absence totale de personnel sur place ou de service client réactif a rendu l’expérience encore plus déplorable. On se sent abandonné, sans aucune assistance en cas de besoin. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Il y a un sérieux travail à faire sur la propreté, le service client et les infrastructures pour justifier les tar

Il m’a fait payer 15€ de plus en me fesant croire que c était pas un lit double dans la chambre !! J’ai jamais vu une chambre d hôtel avec un lit simple !! Parler 1h avec lui !!! Sa ne m intéresse pas donc j’ai céder par manque de sommeil et j’ai repris la route vers 1h du matin je voulait pas rester plus dans cette hôtel sale et chère !
