Convenient place and clean room

Good location about less than 5 minutes walk to the tram stop and close to the Confluence shopping centre and Parrache train station. Reasonable price including breakfast.

It was great. The room was clean, silent and comfy. It is close to the city center. You can take the tram nearby to go downtown. The breakfast was amazing. They provided so many types of French food.

Chromatics has great staff who are very attentive. They allowed us to use the phone to call our mobile carrier when we were having reception issues. They also stored our bags so that we could explore for the day. Not to mention the breakfast is fantastic, the room had air conditioning and it's within walking distance to a major transportation hub. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall it’s and okey hotel.Nice and safe neighborhood.The hotel look super nice from outside, however interior is kinda old, therefore it gets loud. You can easily hear other guests. Breakfast smell fills your room in the morning. There was black mold on the shower cabin’s handle :(

Happy place

No real complaints. It’s not brand spanking new but bathroom was clean and updated. Bed comfortable with spacious room for the price. Super friendly staff with great breakfast choices. On site restaurant available. They work with your parking which is about a 5 minute walk. I paid 10 euros for overnight parking. More for 24 hours.

The breakfast setup is horrible. Just getting a plate, cutlery & a glass was a stressful marathon. Seemingly there was only 1 coffee machine to service all guests, which obviously resulted in a constant long line.

Great choice in Lyon. Loved the breakfast buffet, lots of options. Cool vibe in the lobby, even played a few fussball game. Conveniently located close to the Perrache train and bus station.

Manque de confort

Là pour une nuit dans le cadre d’un déplacement professionnel. Fenêtre laissant passer le bruit / l’air, très peu d’isolation entre les chambres (j’entendais les personnes d’à côté se doucher). La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement, des cheveux/poils étaient présents. Le restaurant est très bien, avec un bon dîner et petit déjeuner simple.

We had a room just above the bar and the noise was awful until late at night. There was no kettle in the room and I was told I shouldn't take cups from the restaurant with hot water to our room for a cup of tea. Air con was very noisy too. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

Excelente para visitas cortas

Muy muy limpio, camas muy cómodas y excelente desayuno. Las habitaciones son apretadas, pero dado que solo fui una noche, no fue problema. El señor de la recepción con quien me tocó hacer el registro a la media noche fue antipático y no hablaba bien inglés; incluso al hablarle en francés fue bastante tosco. El resto del personal fue muy amable al momento del check out y en el desayuno.
