pas top pour dormir mais on mange bien
Le matelas est de mauvaise qualité. Des occupants ont fait beaucoup de bruit au milieu de la nuit à tel point que j'ai du me lever pour leur demander de cesser leur nuisance.
Les portes claquent.
Le restaurant est très bien.
La réception a été très sympathique, Le rapport qualité prix de la chambre est correct., des cache-sommiers permettraient un relooking de la literie à peu de frais. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et quasi à volonté, servi par le patron très à l'écoute a été un moment agréable.
Cet établissement sent l'arnaque. A mon arrivée (23 septembre), le patron me dit "j'ai un problème avec vous, vous avez réservé pour le 25 !" Le mail de confirmation reçu ne lui suffit pas pour admettre que je n'ai fait aucune erreur de réservation. "Faut voir avec la plateforme" Faisant semblant de s'agiter sur son ordinateur il me précise avoir une chambre "mais ça ne sera pas le même prix, ça sera 99 euros !" à payer sur place alors que j'ai déjà réglé la chambre réservée. Devant mon refus ferme, il me renvoie vers la plateforme, dont soit-disant il n'a pas le téléphone et de toute façon "qui ne répond jamais"...
J'appelle malgré tout au numéro figurant sur le mail de confirmation et arrive assez aisément à un conseiller qui me confirme que ma réservation est bien pour ce jour 23 septembre. Il appelle l'hôtelier qui, devant moi répond, regarde son ordinateur et lache avec un naturel confondant : "Ah oui, c'est revenu au 23. Il y a cinq minutes, c'était le 25 !" sans autre étonnement !
J'aurai bientôt d'autres déplacements à Lyon mais évidemment cet établissement - que je conseille d'éviter - ne me reverra jamais. Et j'espère que votre plateforme s'interrogera sur la pertinence de le maintenir dans vos propositions.
