Truly deserves the 1 star rating. They gaslighted us into thinking hand towels were bath towels. No spoons. No soap in the room.

Terrible experience
Stay was terrible. No soap in the bathroom, no extra towels and the bed was uncomfortable. Staff was rude and very uncooperative, the room is very small and it falls way below the standard expectation of even a 1 star hotel.

This is a very budget hotel. No amenities, not even a water glass. That said, it was clean and quiet despite backing up to a major highway. The reception people were very nice.

The hotel is ok for the price paid, and also considering it is not in the center of Lyon. I report a bad experience with one person at the reception, as this person was stubborn to just speak French. No effort to speak in English. If the issue was that the person doesn't speak English, maybe the reception is not the best place to be working.

Very good hotel, friendly staff. Very nice building with cool designs on the walls, showers aren’t in the room but was a fun experience to have.

Exactly as described! Everything was really clean and the room was comfortable. Showers and washrooms are shared but kept really clean at all times. Transport is limited at nights and it's a bit far from the more toursit areas. Overall definitely worth it and good value.

Good location, ten minutes walk from metro station into centre of Lyon.Very friendly and efficient staff on front desk. Rooms neat and tidy and shared showers worked well. Enjoyed a filling and very cheap petit dejeuner (3.50 euros). They also looked after my luggage while I waited for room to be ready.

The receptionist I found do not speak English. And could establish that I had already fully paid. After she understood that I had paid, still had to wait for her boss to come and confirm. The internet is/was not working. I was traveling with international phone without data, relying on WiFi. May be the reception computer did not have internet and could not see that I had paid? The room was clean. And had an extra bed ontop which is good for a family, though I was traveling alone

Très satisfaisant
Je suis très satisfait de mon expérience dans cet hôtel, je l’ai trouvé très propre pour un F1, la réception est ouverte 24h/24 et la nuit un réceptionniste est chargé d’ouvrir la porte d’accès à l’hôtel. Chaque personne qui accède à l’hôtel doit présenter sa pièce d’identité. Seul petit bémol, il n’y avait pas de serviette disponible en vente et le distributeur de boissons / snack ne fonctionnait pas. Merci à la réceptionniste du 29/12 le soir qui était très sympathique !

Receptionniste du soir très accueillante mais celui du matin collé le nez dans son portable. Odeur de cigarette dans la chambre. J'ai pris une chambre avec Salle de bains mais pas de serviette de toilette ni de gel douche dans le distributeur donc salle de bain inutile

Très bon séjour. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré en mettant des petites assiettes, des couteaux qui coupent et des yaourts. Quant à la télévision, il manque une dizaine de chaînes.

Nel complesso ottima struttura, bagno e doccia separate ma tutto pulito, comodo anche un piccolo lavandino in camera, ottimo anche il costo della colazione( a pagamento) e a mio avviso perfetto è sto avere il parcheggio gratuito. Solo un appunto, fare lavare i split dei condizionatori, davvero molto sporchi, la stanza comunque molto grande con ampi spazi, letto e cuscino comodi.

Het is geen hotel om de hele dag in te verblijven, maar als je naar Lyon gaat om de stad te bezoeken is dit een prima goedkope optie. Het bed was prima en de badkamer was schoon. Wij hadden wel een kamer met privé badkamer. Verder is het trein- en metrostation dichtbij en is er een goede verbinding naar de stad.

C’est un hôtel F1, similaire à tous les hôtels F1 mais la dame de l’accueil l’après midi est une crème, elle est adorable, très compréhensive ! Juste pour ça, le séjour a été bien plus agréable !

Les chambres sont propres les douches les toilettes également rien à dire et le personnel très agréable à part la zone aux alentours je ne m'y aventurer pas la nuit sinon séjour agréable dans l'hôtel
