This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are amazing! They even had a Christmas market being set up in one of the areas. Excellent service and you feel luxurious!

Pricey but well located and with spacious accommodations. The breakfast buffet was not worth it with mini croissants that has no taste among other things. Our suite was like a loft but oddly the larger closet was upstairs by the entrance and not downstairs where the bed was located.

Definitely a language/culture barrier. Restaurant doesn't really have a menu for Westerners and entertainment (movies/screenshare) was lacking. However, facility was nice, rooms were clean and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel not a five star

Room was not cleaned daily and 2 nights there was no turn down service. Had to call Front desk just to get room cleaned. Concierge made dinner reservations at Bistro Theodore on a Sunday when it was closed. Servers in main restaurant were excellent. For a five star this lack of consistency in service is unacceptable
