This apartment, which can accommodate 3 people and is situated on the 2nd floor of a secure building, offers a warm and stylish atmosphere.

It features French-style ceilings and breathtaking views over the Saône and Les Subsistances. It boasts a marble fireplace, oak parquet flooring, tasteful décor and high-quality fittings.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A spacious 35 m² living area with a flat-screen TV, 4 large windows, coffee tables, fitted cupboards with mouldings and a sofa bed suitable for one person.
- A dining area with a table and four chairs.
- An open-plan fitted kitchen featuring: a steam oven, a fridge-freezer, a quiet dishwasher, hob, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine…
- A mezzanine bedroom with one queen-size bed (160×200 cm, ‘Confort Grand Hôtel’ model) overlooking the Saône and blackout blinds (approximately 1.50 m high).
- A bathroom with two windows overlooking the courtyard, featuring a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a washbasin and storage units. Accessible from both the living room (via a sliding door) and the entrance hall.
- A separate toilet at the end of the corridor, adjoining the bathroom.
- A large walk-in wardrobe with ample storage space, accessible from the entrance hall and the bathroom.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: a washer-dryer located just below the stairs leading to the mezzanine, a clothes horse, a fan, and an ironing board and iron.

Four-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), and your bed will be made upon your arrival.
