Very close to the vibrant central Lyon's Presqu'île and from the famous Parc de la Tête d'Or, you will enjoy the comfort and tranquillity of this lovely flat. The decoration is very soft with light colors and nice relaxing furniture.

Please note: this is a somewhat atypical apartment because it is a private studio within a senior residence, which has many private apartments and those reserved for seniors. The advantage is that the accommodation is very secure (building with gate, several codes and reception), however our travelers must ensure they are discreet at certain times of the day (no loud music, no noise in the evening or at night ) in respect of the residents.

It is composed of a nice main room with an HD TV and a comfortable single 120*190 bed. From the large windows you will be able to admire Part Dieu's buildings and 6th arrondissement of Lyon. There is a nice 24 person dining table, a great relaxing chair, and a fully equipped little kitchen too, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower and toilets.
The elevator will take you to the 4th floor.

Fiber WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a connected lock. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
