My family of 4 adults were very happy with our stay. The location is excellent (right by the metro line and only a few stops to Old Lyon) and the apartment is nice and bright in a secure compound.
The apartment was big, beautiful, and perfect! Very private with a wonderful balcony. There is a fantastic boulangerie, Maison Francais (Banette) on Ave des Frères Lumière, about a block and a half away -- don't miss it! The market, two days a week, is across the street in the big square -- everything is delicious!! The Lumière museum was fascinating! The metro is across the street.
This is a very spacious flat and very comfortable. A relaxing and lovely place to enjoy Lyon!
We had some last minute changes to our reservation and Fabrice was very helpful and accommodating in helping us sort out our schedule. Recommend highly!
A Very large apartment in a secluded building w a sunny balcony overlooking a garden. Quiet. The neighborhood was fine but not v interesting. V conveniently located by a metro stop. Host v helpful and responsive.
There was so much to like about this apartment set in a lovely garden environment and the location near the station, engaging friendly staff in the restaurants, Lumière so close. It felt very safe, but that was also a bit tricky with all the security and doors from the carport
Great location, relatively quiet. Only complaint is there was no shampoo or conditioner and no laundry detergent. Not much point to having a washing machine if there is no way to use it.
Nice, clean property. Good area very close to subway/light rail stations. Easy to get around. A couple of things were working (coffee makers, dishwasher, etc) Also - check in is a bit tricky since you need to pick up keys from local store that closes at 7pm and isn’t open on Sundays. The owner arranged her cleaning lady to meet us since it was after hours (which we appreciated) but seems like it could be a better process if after hours?
Overall a solid place to stay in a safe neighborhood.
Apartment was as advertised in a great location in the third arrondissement. A great neighbourhood to explore for food & shopping. Don’t be tempted to settle for the very touristy cafes closest to the apartment-venture deeper into the suburb and you will discover some absolute gems. We loved Bistro 69 which is fun and is owned by Morad who is very hospitable. We enjoyed superb mussels in garlic one night. Murad loves English 80’s music…repeat.
Marguerite Restaurant from the Paul Bacuse Group is certainly highly recommended for an outstanding dining experience.
There are several bakeries close by to the apartment so just try each one to see which suits you.
There are several supermarkets near the apartment-all good. Les Halles is paradise for foodies-open 7 days a week. Go there and eat & shop.
Be aware that nothing is open in Lyon on a Sunday so stock up on food for the day.

She welcomed us on arrival and helped to navigate the car park.
I would not recommend trying to navigate the car park at night on your own. It’s a complex arrangement but once shown it is OK. You could easily stay at the apartment without a car.
The apartment was easy to access from the street and from the parking basement lift.

Appartement propre, mais les portes ferment mal ( mal ajustées) d'où problèmes quand le vent est importantl'équipement de la cuisine a des manques :tire-bouchon, presse agrumes, plateau, la vaisselle n'est pas suffisante pour 6 personnes.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Lyon.L'appartement est très bien placé, très propre ,très calme, si nous avons l'occasion de retourné à Lyon, nous relouerons cette appartement. le métro est juste en bas de celui-ci. Le marché sur la place le samedi matin est très sympa. Merci à Fabrice et Bénédicte qui sont très à l'écoute de nos demandes.
L’atout principal de l’appartement est sa dimension, il est est vraiment spacieux. L’immeuble bien qu’au centre de Lyon est situé dans un jardin arboré très calme.Le métro est au pied de l’immeuble.Son descriptif est conforme à la réalité.Je recommande cette location pour un séjour agréable.

Le metro est au pied de l immeuble. L avenue lumiere tres commercante.
Great neighborhood, quiet courtyard setting, so minimal street noise, and a short metro ride to Le Vieux Lyon. Clean & comfortable. For bread, viennoiserie, and sandwiches, Maison Ghisaberti on Cours Thomas Albert is a must!

A great stay in Lyon
A very spacious, well equipped and comfortable apartment in lovely quiet gardens, and very convenient for getting into the city centre. The immediate area is also very pleasant, with plenty of food shops and good restaurants. A great stay.
