Nestled in a prestigious residence, this 190m² two-storey house, built on a 580m² plot, opens the doors to an idyllic setting. Make the most of your stay with :

- a master bedroom upstairs with a king-size bed (200cm*200cm) and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower,
- three further bedrooms upstairs, each with a double bed (140cm) and a workspace,
- an additional bathroom with bathtub,
- two separate WCs,

In the residence, you will have access to a range of leisure facilities, including a communal heated swimming pool (open from 1 June) with lifeguard and a small paddling pool for children, three tennis courts (booking required), a boules pitch, a basketball court and a green area with various games for children.
The swimming pool is a 2-minute walk from the house.

A cat roams freely in the garden and around the house.
Please note that dogs are not allowed.

Swimming pool rules :

- pants are forbidden, only swimming trunks and boxer shorts are allowed,
- Shoes are not allowed in the changing rooms and must be removed before entering,
- pushchairs are not allowed in the pool area and must be parked outside,
- Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

Lissieu is a green setting at the gateway to Lyon (30 min by car), creating a peaceful living environment with amenities close at hand. The residence opens onto a cul-de-sac in the heart of the estate, ensuring peace and security. Close to the center of Lissieu and Limonest, you're also within easy driving distance of supermarkets such as Auchan in Dardilly.
Take advantage of quick access to the A6 and A89 freeways, and the nearby "Techild" business park, just 5 minutes away by car. The region offers many Monts d'Or trails to discover on foot, mountain bike or horseback.
For gourmets, restaurants such as All Fred's, La Pièce du Boucher and Relais de la Bascule await you nearby, promising memorable culinary experiences.
