The house located 10 minutes by metro from the center of Lyon.
Consisting of 9 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the accommodation area is 340m².
The house includes a garden, a gym and a meeting room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, Refrigerators, Microwaves, Cooktops, Coffee makers ...
You will have two parking spaces.
The accommodation is quietly located in the heart of the historic Gratte-Ciel district.
** HOUSING **
The house has been completely renovated. It is spacious and comfortable for a group of 15 people maximum. Be sure to give us the exact number of people when making your reservation.
We offer a hotel-type service for bed linen, towels and bath sheets.
The house has 6 Bedrooms with 140cm x 200cm double beds and 3 Bedrooms with 120cm x 190cm beds.
The garden allows you to enjoy the outdoors in fine weather.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke and vape inside the house.
In order to be able to offer "non-smoking" accommodation to the following travelers, please be sure to strictly observe this rule. Smokers should go out and enjoy the outside, which is very pleasant :-).
The house also has a very high speed internet connection (Fiber).
Parking in the neighborhood is free.
** ACCESS FOR TRAVELERS **
The living room and the kitchen open onto a garden and a terrace which will allow you to have an aperitif, and have lunch or dinner outside during the sunny days.

Each room is equipped with a desk and an Internet connection with Ethernet cable.
The house has a broadband internet connection (fiber).

At 600m the historic district of Gratte-Ciel is the heart of Villeurbanne, it is an architectural ensemble designed in the thirties.
It is punctuated by two major administrative and cultural places: the Town Hall and the TNP. An important shopping street, avenue Henri Barbusse, a semi-pedestrian street with many shops and shaded terraces awaits you 700m from the house.

Line A (main axis of the Lyon metro) with the "Gratte-Ciel" station is a 5-minute walk away.
From this station all the important sites of the city of Lyon will be accessible to you in less than 15 min.

Très bon séjour à Lyon
La maison est conforme aux photos, c'est très propre et il y a vraiment de l'espace. La communication avec Myriam est très fluide, à l'écoute et arrangeante.
Peut-être seul petit bémol, les équipements de la salle de sport sont quelque peu vétustes, mais dans l'ensemble ce séjour était vraiment TOP !

Un llieu propice à un séminaire
Pour un groupe d'une dizaine de personnes, dans un cadre professionnel, ce lieu est excellent, il offre un univers de travail de bonne qualité (reste à connecter les tables de travail, en électricité) et un espace détente et repas de tout premier ordre avec toutes les commodités et transport à proximité. Un lieu à enregistrer sur vos tablettes.

Séjour sportif au golf de Lyon Chassieu
La maison est idéalement placé en centre ville. On a été accueilli par des propriétaires charmants et particulièrement attentifs au confort des vacanciers. Nous étions 7 adultes, chacun notre grand lit, de belles salle de bains! Une cuisine top avec tout et même plus!
Le jardin en plein centre ville pour profiter des soirées...Bref rien à dire.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Tres chouette endroit pour visiter Lyon
Nous avons fait un Week end entre filles..
Nous avons merveilleusement bien profité des lieux…
La salle de reunion et salle de sport n'ont pas servi par contre l'agencement des lieux / chambres/ salles de bain/ cuisine et living sont top!
