  • Bright and airy 62.5 m² dual-aspect apartment in Saint-Priest, with south- and west-facing exposure. Close to shops and public transport, it is ideal for both leisure stays and business trips.

    The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and includes:

    • Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and a portable fan.
    • Bedroom 2: three single beds and a portable fan.
    • Living room: seating area, smart TV, Wi-Fi and a fan.
    • Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, crockery and kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.
    • Bathroom: bathtub with shower, washing machine, hair dryer and bath towels.
    • Separate toilet with washbasin.
