Located near a park that, which was a good break from the city. Shower could have been cleaner. Delicious Mexican restaurant within the complex.

My stay was great. The staff was kind and very easy to talk to in English. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my trip. Sometimes at night, the elevator was a bit loud, and it wasn't enjoyable, but other than that, I thoroughly recommend this place.

Good location for congress
Great location if attending a congress at the congress venue. Rooms equipped for minimal self catering and very comfortable. Breakfast is ok, however, probably not worth 12 Eur.

Nice hotel for business trip
I stayed here for a conference. The place was clean and I liked having a fridge and a kitchenette. There was air conditioning too. My only complaint (tiny one) is only one elevator was working while I was staying there and sometimes I had to wait quite a while.

We got an apartment for families without division into zones. However, when we booked, pictures of the apartment had a wall. Living with two adults and two teenagers in one room was uncomfortable. It was not proposed to compensate it somehow.

Perfect base for a couple of days passing through Lyon. Easy to park and ideal for exploring the Tete d’Or. Rooms were clean and had had good amenities, easy access using key cards.

The location with several hotels in the area that provided places to eat meals and pick up other food was outstanding. The front desk at the hotel would do well to put together a list of places to eat both in the immediate area and across the river, which is adjacent to the hotel.

The building houses a large number of apartments and it feels a little impersonal, but the apartments are very modern and clean.

Very clean, modern, comfortable accommodations. Staff is young and friendly, although I interacted with them in French, they look perfectiy capable of conversing in English. Love the proximity to the large park. A bit far for walking to downtown Lyon, but public transportation is upfront. For people coming by car, parking and hotel signage is non existant. I did struggle to figure out which parking entrance and deck level to choose, where to exit to get to hotel lobby. There were plenty of signs to other hotels but not to this hotel. Overall, great place and great stay.

This property is in a good location and is a good price but it has the feel of a dormitory, not a hotel. It is also not well maintained. For example our shower door was broken, a cabinet door was broken, some of the lights did not work, and one of the two elevators was not working.

Poor condition
Condition of the room was rather poor and there was a bad smell in the whole building which made the whole stay disappointing. Some examples of the small but annoying issues: safe was unusable, room door had to be shut extremely in order to close properly, issues with flushing the toilet, broken shower hose, unused holes on the wall for screws of old hair dryer, fire alarm found inside the safe, elevator LED did not show that it would come etc.

Lyon summer 2019 World Cup trip
Great location. Bus stop is literally outside the door of the hotel. Very clean and large (by French standards) rooms. Across the street from a beautiful park and zoo. Very good Italian restaurant in the same complex and a surprisingly good little Lebanese snack place that I wish would have been open more during our stay.

The worst experience I've had since joining Expedia,the beds are very small and they are not comfortable,only one person can sleep on them, They market the hotel at a price through Expedia,and when you arrive they give you another one,they are not reliable as far as honoring Expedia pricing system. I highly recommend the Marriott Cite than the Temporin,the difference is night and day.

Convenient location for the convention center. Bit of a distance from Vieux Lyon, but Uber was easy to get there. Great park right out back with a small zoo. Breakfast was not really worth the money in my opinion but was good. Clean rooms, plenty of space.

We checked in late and the place was extremely hard to find. Not a single sign. The biulding completely without any illumination, very hard to get to the reception in the second floor. Room was very nice, very comtemporary furniture

Second, and last, visit
Positives: aircon, well-equipped kitchenette (was given a chopping board this year!), very clean, and room cleaned each day, nice quiet and clean location (though not central), opposite the park and bus stops, plenty of storage and a room safe. Negatives: was so good last year I came back, but won’t be coming back again...rubbish WiFi, only worked if I stood at the door, extractor fan was so noisy I couldn’t sleep, had to stick tea-towel in it, aircon valve let out air even when switched off, also had to block with tea towel, not sure if or when you’re meant to be supplied with dish washer tablets, only one washing machine and drier.

Boring location, broken wifi
The room was relatively clean, but the wifi was not working at all. I could not even open a lightweight webpage at nights. No hair dryer in the room, and reception also did not have any available. No power adapter was available at reception. The iron and iron board is only available in a shared room at reception desk, but the iron board was dirty. No water bottle in the room, you have to go to reception to buy a bottle of water (2.4 euro). Overall, not a good experience.

Excellent price for the area. Has a kitchenette! Comfortable. No hallway noise (e.g. slamming of hotel doors). Friendly staff. I wish the restaurants nearby were open later. Also, the hallway lights are not on when you exit the hotel room...very dark!

A good alternative for a conference within Cite Internationale. The hotel is more like an upscale student residence, but definitely OK. Large room for an European stay. There si some distance to downtown, but good serviced with bus.

Poorly conceived hotel concept, bad wifi
I got given a room which looked nothing like the ones shown on the webpage. The bed was on a raised platform in the middle of the living room, instead of the separate room section as you see advertised. The toilet had a couple of issues: the sink drain tab does not lift up properly, and I had to pull it all the way out to allow free drainage. The shower areas is also poorly arranged, with the plumbing hole right under the shower (with a raised drain tab) which means you can't stand under the hose without tripping the drain cover - so again I had to lift it off for the whole duration. Someone has designed the shower without thinking about the arrangement of the hose position etc. Very awkward. The worst thing is that the internet connection is atrocious. I could not get connected to the free wifi for 99% of the time. Wifi connection is an essential feature for business traveller, and this lack of proper wifi connection hindered my work capacity. I stayed here, rather than in a more bustling area of Lyon because it was a business trip - and it turned out I couldn't do much work at all because I couldn't connect to the Wifi!
