Clean and spacious for the price. Has a workspace in the room and a small kitchen area with fridge. I'd say a decent place to stay over few days.

Really friendly staff and a good location near the newly renovated Parc du Blandan and minutes away from the nearest tram stop. Only problem we had was a strong smell of urine in the toilet when the room got warmer.

Would stay again
Absolutely loved our stay here - we only had a short stay but loved the spacious apartment, very comfy bed and ample pillows, good sized bathroom, quiet, clean and modern room. Friendly staff. We were happy with the location - close to public transport or walkable to centre of everything. Had kitchenette facilities but we weren’t really there long enough to use them. Would definitely stay again

Great Base for Lyon Visit
Good location, just a few minutes walk from Jean Mace and the metro system. Room was great for what I needed, in good condition. Desk staff were really friendly and more than happy to help with advice and suggestions in English that was much, much better than my French. My only MINOR criticism is that, like most hotels, my room didn't have any unused power outlets around the bed or table for charging (or any USB charging ports). It was my first stay with this chain and I'll happily use them again elsewhere.

Kitchen well equipped, room amenities adequate, quiet and undisturbed. Did not like tv in an unsuitable position, only had 2 tv channels in english, metal dining chairs quite uncomfortable and no other chairs in room.

I had a pleasant stay here and the staff was very helpful, but it is about a half mile from the Metro line and it's an expensive taxi ride from the airport.

Great central hotel, clean spaciuos family room at a reasonable price. Car park has a tight entrance for large cars, but there is free street parking locally. Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Would return, could be a great base for a few days exploring.

This is a space place, with very helpful staff at the reception. I asked for printing and scanning and got prompt help. I did not get a parking spot, but the parking lot outside the park just 100 meters away is a good place for free parking. There is a supermarket just 3-5 minute walk if you prepare to shop and cook.... Anyway, this is a good choice for people who travel with a family, more than three adults.

Fantastic hotel with modern, clean and cosy furniture, smart locks, small kitchenette and delicious buffet breakfast for 9 euro/person. Very quiet thanks to balconies with glass windows from the street. Close to the old city ~ walking distance. Highly recommend!!!

Good accommodation in safe area
Excellent staff and very clean. Everything worked perfectly except we were placed in a handicapped room where the shower sprayed everywhere into the entire bathroom. Close to tram and metro. Nice park nearby. Could be better restaurants in vicinity.

Hotel located nearby stores, subway. easy possibility to park nearby. Very welcoming, clean, no noise, spacious, with a fitness room, a laundry room, we used an apartment for a family of 5 which is always difficult to find. Competitive price as regard to all it offers.

Nice Hotel
This was a nice clean modern hotel but the location wasn't great for us. Not knowing the city of Lyon we were not sure where to stay. After visiting the city we would have preferred to stay closer to Old Lyon but this place was only a few blocks from the metro and their metro system was easy to get around on. The small but adequate kitchen set up was nice to have and great for a change of having to eat out every meal. We were there for the World Cup games.Air conditioning was OK, but not great which wasn't fun during a record breaking heat wave.

Great Value
Clean hotel, fairly good size compared to some other hotels we stayed at the in the area. We didn't eat breakfast there, but it was nice having the option. It was a little ways from transportation and city center, but for the price it was a great value.

The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful, we were in town during the womens world cup and they did everything they could to make us feel welcome.
