- Exceptional countryside setting, at heart of the Monts d'Or protected area, less than 15 km from LYON downtown & 3 km from all shops. Splendid restored farmhouse from the 17th cent., built of golden stone, also including a 2nd adjoining gite, 1 dwelling & the owners' second home. Eco-friendly features, renewable energy sources (solar powered water heater). Ground floor: living room, kitchen. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (double bed) (2 single bunks + single bed), bathroom/WC. Attic (single bed). Card-operated mobile phone. Central heating (+40€/week from Mid-october to late April), outside room with shared tumble drier. Terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, sunbeds, many shared open spaces. Charge for pet: 15€/day.
