The upstairs bedrooms were too hot, and the window to one of the bedrooms was sealed and would not open. Unfortunately, these bedrooms are going to be super-hot in the summertime with no air conditioning circulating upstairs. The weeds in the yard were four feet high, and the place needed some landscaping care. Dirt roads for the last two miles, and your car will be covered in fine dust. Not a good experience with this place.
