The hotel's ambiance is reminiscent of the last century, but also its drawbacks and lack of comfort. The rooms are very small. We had a room with a terrace, and this room had sloping ceilings covering over 80% of the room. The floorboards creaked . There's no soundproofing between rooms. You feel like your neighbor is walking around in your room. Same feeling for the shower and toilet. Breakfast is okay, no hot dishes. Friendly staff

Fantastisk läge, några minuters gångavstånd till bad, både strand och klippbad. Mycket trevlig personal, bra service och ett fint pittoreskt hotell. Rumskategori litet Dubbelrum med 140 cm bred säng, är något i det mista laget för två personer/vuxna, men vi fick det att fungera genom att inte packa upp alltför mycket ur resväskorna. Rummet saknade luftkonditionering och blev väldigt varmt även om fläkt fanns på rummet, dock förståeligt när det är en gammal byggnad. Överlag är vi mycket nöjda med vår vistelse och stannar gärna över igen vid framtida besök i Lysekil.

Ljuvligt och pittoreskt i toppklass!

Ett alldeles underbart litet hotell med läge precis vid havet! Rummen är små, det informeras man om redan vid bokning. Men det gör inget, mycket fräscht, rent och bra planerat. Så charmigt och pittoreskt inrett! Personalen var leende och professionella rakt igenom. Frukosten var utmärkt med många möjligheter till sittplats både inne i den vackra matsalen eller i den ljuvliga trädgården i olika nivåer. Maten på restaurangen är av toppklass! Bättre är svårt att hitta i Lysekil. Skulle kunna skriva ännu mer lovord. Kommer definitivt tillbaka!

Fint och mysigt hotell med bra läge. Rummet var fint men ganska litet. Bra täcke och kuddar men för mjuk säng för min smak. Fin frukost.

Mini-sviten i Gula Villan var magisk! Se charmigt och mysigt! Med egen balkong och solsängar att vila på. Gammalt hus med knarrande golv med bästa utsikten över havet. Kan rekommenderas 👍

Sjarmerende hotell med hyggelig betjening. Rommet var rent men litt lite, vårt vennepar bestilte ett større rom med veranda. Jeg vil anbefale det større rommet hvis man skal ha mer enn 1-2 overnattinger. Flott beliggenhet. Vi hadde middag på hotellet, og bestilte fisk god smak men liten porsjon.

På med vandringskängorna

Vandrade längs med den vackra västerhavspromenaden till norra hamnen, in i Gamla stan, åt en fin lunch, vidare mot södra hamnen bort mot Curmans villor, förbi mitt fina hotell och bort mot pinneviken och det fantastiska stångehuvud med sitt gamla fyrhus. Ner mot gymnasiet och tillbaka på västerhavspromenaden igen. Bohuslän slår det mesta när hen visar sin bästa sida denna soliga dag.

Et veldig hyggelig sted

Et veldig hyggelig sted med veldig hyggelig betjening. Sentralt, men likevel litt unna sentrum, noe som var hyggeligsom fikk følelsen av man bodde mer privat til. Vi hadde et stort, fint rom (rom 14) og elsket å ha et ekstra lite rom for å slappe av i på ettermiddagen og kvelden. Herlig beliggenhet, rett ved sjøen. Det eneste jeg skulle ha sett var litt anderledes var at man hadde flere retter å velge mellom i menyen i restauranten. Maten var kjempegod, men 3 retter + reker er noe lite, spesielt hvis man ønsker å spise der mer enn en kveld. Skulle også gjerne sett at det var pommes frites til burgeren heller enn potetgull :) Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold!

Hotel charmant

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, la salle de petit déjeuner et de diner est très agréable et charmante à souhait. Le personnel est gentil. Nous sommes satisfait dans l ´ensemble. Un joli belvédère, une vue panoramique sur Lysekil.

Läste informationen om hotellet och deras restaurang där man specialiserat sig på fisk och skaldjur där av föll vårt val på detta. Men restaurangen hade endast två rätter när vi kom dit . en fisksoppa och en burgare. Vi hade valt annorlunda om vi vetat detta , Det var rent, snyggt och trevligt . Personalen var jättetrevlig men vi blev besvikna på maten. Det hade varit bra om den informationen funnits när man bokar, att renovering pågick och att menyn är begränsad.

Koslig hotell , men var ikke informert at kjøkken var stengt ved bestilling. Frokost ble derfor servert på søster hotell. Dårlig utvalg på frokost og mye folk . Hadde middag på søster hotell på kvelden, ble sittende i en Lounge å spise pga fullbooket og følte vi hadde publikum som satt å så på vi spiste .. Dårlig opplegg!

Lysekil över natten

Hotellet ligger bra och har mycket möjligheter till promenader och sevärdheter. Besökte dock hotellet under renoveringstider och hade inte heller tid för promenader. Middag serverades i en fastighet en kort bit bort och frukost ännu en bit bort. Rummet var väldigt piffat och fullt av inredning. Lite väl mycket för min smak. Sängen var bra.
