"Rooms are clean. Hotel should ensure hot water as winter is setting in. We stayed in Room 109 where we could get only lukewarm water even after keeping the tap open for 5 minutes. "

"This definitely did not feel like a 4 star hotel. It's a decent place to stay for the price. I would not say it's squeaky clean but it's average. To me it felt like a 3 star hotel. The rooms are small and the beddings were not nicely made. The bathroom floor had some dirt on the floor."

No dishwashing soap or a sponge, no kitchen towels or paper. There is no cafeteria or breakfast facility, not even tea bags or basic condiments in the room. "

Hotel itself in need of major repairs , plasters were coming off , door paints was in bad condition. May be thata what you get in this price. But cleanliness doesn't need a high price. "
