The water falls are amazing it’s a relief for your body and the hotel amenities and water fall close at 10 but the main public one the natural it no longer stays avaible for public so it becomes private for the hotel guests so that’s a very good perk imagine staying under the water fall at night alone it’s a really good perk. Room service is also amazing and the buffet for lunch and breakfast is super. There’s also a super market outside in the public u can get small chips, nuts and fruits not alot security at hotel won’t let u because it’s their policy but they are so nice. Very special thanks for the spa, and the reception team especially mr Majed.

Very bad stay

This hotel is nowhere near 5 stars. It seems like no maintenance has been done since it opened. The staff was obviously not trained at all and they were rude. When I received my room and after settling in, I wanted to check out the hotel. To my surprise the door doesn’t lock. Red flag. After I told them about it, a guy came and after he tried, he basically told me, its fine don’t worry!?!? Of course I insisted on a room change, the new room was a downgrade and it had no safe box! The bathroom smelled so bad, the sewage system is very bad. The AC barely worked. The “natural pool” was very bad, it was over flowing. The only normal pool was so dirty and the chairs were almost all broken. The only good thing was is the food, its not the best but good. This hotel has a very big potential to be a great hotspot. Its in a unique location. The management needs to be changed. It was a very bad stay, I checked out early morning after breakfast and went straight away to the other hotel in the deadsea contemplating why I didn’t book there before.

The hotel staff were very helpful and although very isolated the hotel was a good base for trips to the Dead Sea. The springs were dirty and rubbish left lying around, but that says more about the other visitors than the hotel.

Would recommend the hotel!

We loved our stay and the staff payed attention! Still there are a few things we would like to mention: room cleaning didn’t happen every day, the hotel needs a bit of a general renewal. Food was excellent!

What a great experience! Beautiful hotel and great location. The hot spring was not too hot, so we really enjoyed the pools, the falls and natural steam room. The room was amazing. Large, with a great view and really good beds. Also the bathroom and shower was spacious and clean.

The hotel is worn out and needs renovation. Staff are very kind and always smiling. The food is very good. But the stay wasn’t good and I wouldn’t visit again. Thanks for Shadi the Rooms Manager for the great support and professionalism.

The location is amazing the water and thermal is great, the management does not seem to care about the guests and when asked about improving certain issues they prefer to bury their head in the sand-
