The upstairs A/C didn't work and Melanie (the host) rush ordered another fan for us while she sent a handyman to fix it promptly! Great communication through the entire process and worked around our travel schedule to get the A/C fixed!"

"Best place to see the turtles is right below the retaining wall on the shore.Updating in bathrooms was appreciated! Luxurious. Furniture leaves something to be desired. No comfortable seating for a dinner party. Bed in master bedroom is too soft to be comfortable for anyone with tendency to back pain or reflux; that was quite a drawback.The building has gone to have security codes for every possible door or gate and every night we had to look at police tape/barriers they put up in case anyone...
