Family Time

We truly enjoyed our weekend away at this property. The decor is amazing, home fully stocked and views are really breathtaking. If you’re looking for a short or long escape this is the perfect place.We’ll be back!

Fishing Trip

We stayed two nights for my son's fishing tournament. The property was clean and right on the lake. After fishing all day, our anglers were able to come back to the house and relax. Great visit!

Friends Gathering

Overall it was okay. Some pictures were a little misleading vs the actual appearance in person. A few minor esthetics issues but overall spacious, nice outdoor area with fire pit, inside area for card games, etc. We enjoyed the stay.

AWESOME FAMILY TIME

There were brand new high end paddle boards my kids loved!! My kids were in the water the whole time! We took the kayaks out multiple times, and saw lots of fish and birds flying around the lake. The Adirondack chairs were nice to relax on at night or watch the kids in water. The house was nice and clean and fresh. Super comfy for our large group of 12. Had everything we needed, thank you we will be back!!

Great location, some inaccuracies

Great location that were very spacious. Perfect for a party or a summer lake getaway. However, one of the beds listed ended up being an air mattress and the couch is included in the total number of beds. The couch does not pull out though. Not the deal breaker, but good to be aware. The front door code did not work. Given the proximity to the lake, some roaches and bugs were seen in the sunroom and kitchen.

Not exactly luxurious

We rented the property for the April 8, 2024, eclipse, and it was a really great place to watch it. The weather cooperated, and everyone had a good time together. However, we had many issues with the house itself. Any 1 or 2 of them would not have been a big deal, but the list just kept growing. I can't recommend this house unless the owners address some of the many problems. Here are the things we noted: * Living room TV broken * Drier tripped the breaker when we tried to use it * Coffee maker broken * Peeling linoleum and hole in the laundry room floor * Too few dishes and silverware * Sprayer arm missing from dishwasher--found it under the sink and put it back on * Living room furniture stained and sleeper sofa worn out and unusable * Grill rusted out and unusable * Outdoor recreation equipment (kayaks, paddleboards, chairs, foosball, connect 4, Adirondack chairs, hammocks) dirty, worn, broken, and/or missing. We cleaned up what we could. * Broken window in dining room, taped up instead of being repaired. Unsafe for kids. * Broken chairs in dining room and deck. * Tile falling off master bathroom shower and tub. * Knob fell off in master shower when turned * Burned out bulbs throughout * TV remotes missing batteries * Loose dogs roaming the neighborhood. While on a walk, saw a cyclist chased by 4 dogs. Scary. * Out of date binder with contact info for previous owner. It's a nice lake, and it wouldn't take too much work to make this a much nicer house.

Water Toys and Fun!

Came here for a quick get away with my 5 and 7 year old boys. Great for fishing and getting right in the water. Kayaks and paddle boards were a blast, had a few falls lol! Great place to stay! Hopefully will be able to make it back sometime.

Great Spot with Water Access

My friends and I came for a couple night getaway to unwind and relax. Was perfect. Home was spacious, big yard, and access right to the water. Nice firepit for beers, smores. Grilled steaks out back. Will be back!

House was super spacious and well maintained. Perfect for our family trip. House was super cute and nicely decorated. We lucked out with nice weather and hung out on the back patio quite a bit and built a fire in the fire pit. We will be back for our next family gathering!!

Great space!

After a quick initial cleaning, this was the perfect house for my group of ladies. Plenty of beds with cute decor! We enjoyed the fire pit and kayaks. I’ll bring the boys back another day.

Comfy and cozy

Cute and cozy home was clean and comfortable. Lots of shade, the kids had a blast and the water was shallow enough that we didn't have to constantly keep worrying about the littles going too far and not being able to reach. Overal a great experience.

July 4th family vacation

First of all: big props to owner communication. Super helpful for check in and check out. The house has 4 good bedrooms with space for 8 adults comfortably. The kitchen and eating areas were good. The lake access is FANTASTIC! We used the kayaks every day and brought our own big float that attached to the pier. The water is shallow and pretty calm in the cove. The fireworks around the lake were great. Better than any “show” I’ve been to. The whole lake community went all in for the 4th. The house has room for 5 vehicles (6 if you have small cars and park smartly). But it is in a neighborhood so if you need more parking, get your guests organized to car pool. The neighbors are nice but any renters need to be respectful of the rules to protect the home owner from complaints. Would absolutely return again. Thank you Erica for access to your house! We made great memories.

Awesome views LOVED this property!

This was a great place to stay and celebrate my birthday with my family. We also had family friends with us and our two dogs and it was perfect. The home was good size and we spent a ton of time out on the back porch and in the back yard. The views are incredible and this home is so relaxing. A great getaway. We loved to oversized connect 4 game- we played this for hours! The hammocks and firepit were great. Everything was fully stocked and clean. Am planning on staying here again!

Perfect Lake Getaway!

Wow, what an amazing lake front property! This house was perfect for our family of all ages! The house is very spacious and has such an awesome backyard that we spent most our time outside! We especially loved the kayaks, fooseball table and patio furniture under the shade. The dining room with the view of a lake was perfect for our breakfasts to start the day. The owner was so communicative and accommodating for a few custom requests. I highly recommend this property!!

Absolutely Amazing

This property and the owners did NOT disappoint me. My family enjoyed themselves to the fullest. I would absolutely do business with these owners again hands down. The house was beautiful. The lake off the dock right there is shallow, so all of my nieces and nephews could enjoy the lake water, also without knowing how to swim.

Father's Day Weekend

The location was ideal because the plan was to be able to fish and enjoy the lake. The property was spacious and had plenty of room for my family to comfortably stay. Some of the things that were shown in the pictures were not available when we gotvto the house. The fire pit wasn't usable and we were upset about that because we wanted to do smores. The hammocks were not there as well. Ended up having to go buy a grill because the grill on the property was full of maggots and we had planned our meal around the availability of the grill. The house could definitely be cleaner and updated. But overall it was a decent place and we enjoyed our stay after making adjustments to our plans. Neighbors and community was very nice. The communication with the property management was easy accessible. Thanks Erica
