"We have been here a couple of times olredy, and enjoyed the facilities at the flat , To not go wrong we always bring same of our same of our plates cutlery and a large frying pan , so not to rely of the one on the premises as nothings wrong with it, but we prefer ours. Otherwise the flat is presented clean and with heating ( for those winter days) and nice confortable beds . By the way This 2 bedrooms flat is quite big We be back for sure ."

"Staff were great, very professional, room was clean, breakfast was good - though I can only speak for getting there by 8am. No issue with facilities and location was also less than 20 minutes flat walk from the train station and slightly quieter than closer into the centre which was good. Some maintenance/decorating/new carpets etc would benefit the hotel, so that may be something to expect but didn't impact my stay at all. The lobby ceiling was impressively painted and the building does have some real character. I would certainly stay here again if I was back in Skegness."

"We did have a good stay but on arrival in our room, we found clothes drying, we guess from the previous occupant, which then made us question if the room had been fully cleaned. We were assured it was but we had doubts: 1. The floor in the bathroom looked like it had never met a mop, 2. The carpet across the room was in terrible condition, it looked like bleach had been used to clean it and there were red spots, we did point this out but we're told carpets were being changed in a couple of weeks 3. The cistern controls did not look like they had been sanitised from previous occupancy. 4. Same with door handles 5. Same with the retractable mirror, finger prints all over it. We saw and heard cleaning and moaning going on but never saw a mop, and it seemed like only bedding was being changed. Otherwise the facilities are fantastic, great pool and spa."
