"First of all, we had a hard time finding the address as it was not the exact location as shown in the website. "We reserved 2 family rooms and they tried to give us a family room and 2 twin beds. The toilets in one of the rooms did not have a working flusher, the family room had steep stairs to the bathroom. One of the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke!! People were milling around in front of there rooms, almost as if the air conditioner was not working. The place was DIRTY and I mean dirty!! "The room was acceptable, but the overall experience was disappointing due to the very slow service. When we arrived, we were only asked to write down our names and then had to wait in the lobby for more than an hour before we were allowed into our room. If my child had not complained about the long wait, I don’t think the staff would have taken action. The breakfast service was also very slow. We were told breakfast would start at 7:00 AM, but food was not served until around 7:30 AM. This can be a major inconvenience for guests who have early travel plans. The room itself was okay, but the bathroom needs improvement and was not in the best condition"
