"We stayed here for a week and it really made our trip great! Our room was clean and I enjoyed the outdated decor, felt very unique! The staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Every day staff ensured to ask us if we needed anything for our rooms. The location is close to walking trails, shops, whale watching and beach. The restaurant that is there had good food, lots of options and very fair prices. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when we come back!"

"If you're planning to drive the Cabot Trail over two days instead of rushing through it in one, I highly recommend spending the night at the Flip Flop Villa in Pleasant Bay.The villa is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we loved the beachy feel. The views from inside are beautiful, and the outdoor space is just as impressive. The property is well maintained, with a lovely deck for coffee, a firepit, and a private path that follows a small waterfall down to the water. Very peaceful and the sunset really was spectacular :-)"
