Top MacLeod Settlement Hotel Reviews
Fair Isle Motel
10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed the simplicity of the lodge, and the manager was so friendly and helpful, and the owners 2 dogs terrific!"
Glenora Inn & Distillery
8/10 Good
"We had arrived early as the website had indicated there was music from 1 to 3 - which was not correct - but the desk clerk was gracious and allowed us to check in early. Our room was very clean. The lobby outside the dining room and entry at the stairs were both rather grubby which was most likely due to it having rained but even the next morning hey remained muddy and grubby. The brook and the grounds were charming. Aside from the gentleman who gave us the tour of the distillery we found the remainder of staff we engaged with to be very cool and not at all welcoming."
The Seascape - Executive Class Mini Villa
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The view of the pond with the waves beyond was absolutely amazing, and we loved the beautiful walk to the beach, especially with the spectacular fall colours. The cottage was fully stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras, like salt and pepper and a blender for making smoothies! The location was perfect for exploring the area, playing Cabot golf, driving the Cabot Trail, and spending time with family nearby. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it!"

"Spotless, serene, and truly welcoming! We loved every minute of our weekend stay. The hosts made us feel right at home with their friendly, genuine warmth. You could tell how much care goes into maintaining the property—it was, without a doubt, one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. Combined with the peaceful beach ambiance and tranquil surroundings, it was a pure bliss retreat. Highly recommended!"
