The property features 4 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed for 2, 2 bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a workspace, TV, fan, washing machine, dryer, children’s toys and books, and a cot. For entertainment, there’s a shared billiard table and playground.



    Outdoors, enjoy your own private garden with views, a private pool, both covered and open terraces, a private barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The house is accessible without steps for your comfort.



    You have access to 4 shared parking spaces on the property and street parking. Pets and events are not allowed. There is shared storage for bicycles. Please always respect the neighbors; the caretakers live nearby. The main bedroom has air conditioning.



    This Catalan country house is surrounded by nature, close to the Costa Brava and Girona. Early check-in (before 4 pm) and late check-out (until 5 pm) are available on request and subject to availability, each for an additional fee. Rental of paella pan, stand, burner, and butane is available in advance for an extra fee.

    Outdoor pool: 7.5 × 3.5 m, 1.4 m deep.
