"Overall the property was well managed, clean, with some dust and dirt on carpet. The cleaner forgot to take the bathroom garbage out before us. Manager was very helpful checking us in. We had to wait a bit at the door, but we forgot to inform him 24 hrs before per check in instructions. Location is good. Very close to the old town, easy walk to the restaurants. We would stay here again."

"Sweet small hotel just off main square, walking distance to everything (a bit of a climb to convento but you’ll feel like a pilgrim). Nice breakfast, holds luggage and calls taxi to get you back to bus station. Note: there is no Bolt in tomar! Cab stand at station, have cash!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is massive - surprised to find something of this size in a town like Tomar. Very good location - at the end of the river path in the lower town - that is close to many restaurants. Our room was very spacious, with a large bathroom (shower + bath) and a nice sized terrace. I want to call out that the hotel boasts both an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool was under renovation during our stay (which is just as well since the weather in early May isn’t terribly warm); the indoor pool isn’t heated per se but was quite welcoming after a long day’s walk. Breakfast buffet was included in the rate and offered many options. Would definitely stay here again when passing through Tomar."

"We so loved the patio having a glass of wine up there and enjoying the view of the Templars Castle . The staff, especially, The night time front desk person Sara, was truly amazing. Helpful and extremely professional."

"Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. Very central, but extremely quiet. Parking right outside the hotel front door is a plus, and accomodates all sizes of cars. Excellent breakfast, and the automated coffee machine has decaf selections, too! The hotel is literally surrounded by the river, and there are senches to enjoy peaceful time outside. The staff is excellent and helps make tge stay exceptional. Would stay here again."
