"Everything was good. Room was very spacious and the rates when reasonable. Hassle free check in process. However, the reception staff could be friendly and suggest to put on a smile rather then the gloom face."

"Very helpful staff at concierge and reception, made check in quick. You could tell the employees were happy to work at the hotel. Did not use other facilities but the room was spacious and very clean, lobby again clean and better than most other hotels. Only stayed one night and location was good for walking."

"Beautiful hotel although looking a bit tired on the outside. The inside doesn't reflect this. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Pool is nice and quiet. Rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed"

"Loved that this hotel was off the strip walkable to Wynn and MGM. Area felt safe. Lots of nearby food options. Supermarket and chemist in the complex. Only thing was taxi wait but easily overcome with UBER. Bus terminal just across the road. Front desk staff were very helpful especially in organising a car to Disney for us."
