Traditionally attributed to Nicolau Nasoni, the estate was designed as the main residence of the Pessanha family and remains in their possession today. Carefully preserved and later enhanced by architect João Bernardo Távora, it is now open to guests as a distinctive rural tourism destination, combining heritage, comfort and nature.
