"This hotel has no pool? or spa? not a 24-hour reception, the door into the property didn't work you had to force it open by hand, it doesnt have 3 restaurants, breakfast was supposed to be included, I had to pay for it?, Worse of all, my toilet didn't flush, which was extremely embarrassing. The hotel is in a good location, the picture shows a barista, not true, very disappointed"

It is an elegant, well appointed hotel but it is also road traveler friendly, so casual dress is fine. The Spa experience was magnificent and we both had excellent massages. The breakfast was superb. "Positive: Right in the City Center at macedonia Square. Great breakfast (Menu). Not to expensive Negative: The corners in the bathroom weren't clean. It smelled quite strongly of sewage. Avoid room 110, because the cleaning staff sit opposite it from about 8 a.m. and talk so loudly that you'll fall out of bed. In short: the price/performance ratio is okay, but room 110 is not recommended. It's okay for younger people without high expectations."
