Wonderful hotel.

The view to the ocean from the rooftop where the breakfast is offered is fantastic. The room was comfy and bathroom clean well equipped. Easy access to the beach, many restaurants and big offer of services around. Highly recommend it, for family with kids or solo, it's very good.

No respect from the check in staff, kept talking to my husband even though I made the booking? Then they tried to charge some made up tourist tax even though we paid more through the website than direct! The pool water was half empty and the elevators were shonky. Do not reccomend, just another greedy business.

Fiz uma viagem de lua de mel, e escolhi o hotel como primeira parada, e foi uma excelente escolha. Meu único arrependimento é ter ficado só uma dia. Toda a equipe é muito simpática e atenciosa. Decoraram o nosso quarto e um prato no café da manhã. Inclusive o café da manhã era de ótima qualidade, diversificado e muito gostoso.

Ótima experiência de estadia.

Foi uma ótima experiência, tudo muito organizado, suíte gigante, atendimento muito qualificado, café da manhã maravilhoso, uma área linda de piscina, playground e rooftop com uma vista incrível! A única coisa que nos decepcionou foi que nós organizamos toda a viagem e reserva pra nós e para um casal de amigos. Eles ficaram com a suíte frente mar e nós ficamos com uma de fundo sem vista. Confesso que foi meio frustrante, até por eu ter feito a reserva e pagamento das mesmas. Mas tudo bem, quem sabe numa próxima consigo dar essa sorte.

O hotel tem excelentes instalações, os quartos são confortáveis e funcionais, e a localização é privilegiada, mas deixa a desejar bastante em alguns detalhes importantes de serviço e qualidade. Surpreendentemente, o papel utilizado como "guardanapo de papel" no restaurante é exatamente o mesmo que é utilizado como "papel higiênico" nos banheiros dos quartos, sendo igual tanto em tamanho como na baixa qualidade do material. No restaurante, o serviço e a qualidade das comidas, nos horários de almoço e jantar, se mostraram deficientes em apresentação e sabor, além de grande demora para serem servidos. Em duas situações, tivemos que aguardar mais de 30 minutos, sendo que para receber uma sopa e um prato de frutas, tivemos que aguardar mais de 45 minutos, o que não é razoável.

Hotel muito bom mesmo , conforto muito top Quartos limpos, e vista incrível O café da manhã deixo a deixar um pouco, dos 4 dias de café só 1 dia eu daria nota 10, teve um dia daria nota 3 no café , tava sem muitas opções e não tava gostoso , tapioca feita na hora não foi lá essas coisas , já comi muitas melhores por ae . Estacionamento um absurdo cobrar 30 reias por dia , e ainda ser um dos piores estádio da vida, o cara tem que ser muito, mais muito motorista para estacionar nele , O modo geral o hotel é muito bom a localização os funcionários muito top tbm e é isso .
