NecessƔrio melhorias.

Colchao em pĆ©ssima condicao dos dois quartos que ficamos, cafĆ© da manha pareciam que estavam racionando as comidas, pouca fruta, um dia fizeram tapioca de massa o outro dia nao tinha nem tapioca, faltou pao e queijo. Estacionamento com poucas vagas comparadao ao nĆŗmero de quarto, sendo assim os que chegam mais tarde tem que deixar na rua lateral.

Estadia boa, hotel confortĆ”vel, recepĆ§Ć£o excelente super prestativos e educados. Cafe da manhĆ£ Ć³timo. A Ćŗnica coisa que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza da piscina estava cheia de areia e alguns matos devido a limpeza da grama que um dos funcionĆ”rios tinha feito, cheguei a avisar na recepĆ§Ć£o porĆ©m o problema nĆ£o foi solucionado, isso continuou por vĆ”rios dias.

Hotel perfeito em MaceiĆ³.

Melhor custo beneficio da cidade, cafƩ excelente com variedade de comida, tapioca, frios e frutas, muito bom! Quartos bem limpinhos, tv e wifi funcionando, piscina muito gostosa e ambiente excelente para famƭlia, amei esta no hotel Palmanova e vou voltar novamente.

A estadia de forma geral foi de ruim para pĆ©ssima. A limpeza do banheiro estava ruim, o quarto fica de frente para uma avenida movimentada, entĆ£o descansar esquece. O quarto com pintura mofada e estufada, colchĆ£o desconfortĆ”vel, colchĆ£o da cama de solteiro apenas o caixote do box, sem colchĆ£o praticamente. Passamos com o intuito de descansar para seguir viagem, porĆ©m nĆ£o foi possĆ­vel. Haviam hĆ³spedes na Ć”rea de piscina apĆ³s as 22hs e os mesmos com som alto e conversando alto, enfim, cansamos de esperar o hotel tomar uma atitude e decidimos continuar viagem meia noite.

Baixo Custo-benefĆ­cio!

Passamos 7 dias e as duas vezes que deixamos para limpeza do quarto apenas passaram a vassoura e esticaram os lenĆ§Ć³is, nĆ£o colocaram toalhas suficientes e tivemos que pedir toalhas e papel higiĆŖnico na recepĆ§Ć£o porque tambĆ©m nĆ£o foi reposto. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ resoavel, infelizmente vĆ”rios dias ficamos bastante tempo esperando uma mesa ser desocupada para poder sentar e tomar um cafĆ© decente. AlĆ©m de tudo isso o choveiro estava dando choque. NĆ£o recomendo!

OlĆ”, eu fiz uma reserva dia 06-08-22, no quarto tinha muito mofo(parede e teto). A limpeza foi outro ponto que chamou a atenĆ§Ć£o, pois nĆ³ lenƧol de uma das camas havia alguns pelos. Ao tentar ligar a televisĆ£o do hotel, deu um curto circuito, que acabou queimando a luz do banheiro.
