We Loved Ibis Style
We had a great stay at Ibis Style. The hotel is modern, new and with style. Everyone was great and willing to help. The breakfast was awesome and the best part of this hotel is right by the beach and right by everything around. You don’t need a car at all. We will return if we get another chance.

Ótimo hotel, excelente localização, cafe da manhã maravilhoso, o quarto precisa melhorar a cama, box com defeito e produtos de limpeza utilizados cheiro ruim, não tem estacionamento e o manobrista cobra para estacionar pernoite muito mal educado, fomos estacionar para tirar bagagem e ele disse que ia chamar o guincho, percebemos que queria vender o serviço e como não queríamos nos tratou mal necessário rever esse serviço colocar pessoas aptas para melhor atendimento aos hospedes deixar as vagas na frente do hotel para desembarque com pessoas do hotel educadas para auxiliar no desembarque.

Frigobar com péssimo cheiro, sem resolução
Assim que chegamos no quarto, identificamos um mal cheiro bastante incômodo que não identificamos a origem. Comunicamos a recepção e solicitamos troca de quarto, mas alegaram não haver outro disponível. Enviaram um funcionário para limpeza que informou ser algo embaixo do frigobar, passando algum produto de cheiro ainda mais forte que mascarou o odor. No dia seguinte saímos cedo, quando retornamos no final do dia, o odor nos incomodava novamente, ao abrirmos o frigobar identificamos que ali era ainda mais intenso - comunicamos a recepção e solicitamos novamente a troca, a resposta e “solução” dada foram as mesmas do dia anterior. Para além disso, a porta do banheiro não tranca e o box não impede que a água molhe o banheiro. O café da manhã é razoável. A equipe foi cordial, apesar de não atender as demandas - nos foi concedido apenas um late check-out de cortesia após expor a situação pro gerente. Qualidade das camas, roupas de cama e de banho é satisfatória.
