O hotel em si é bastante agradável, tem um bom café da manhã, mas o quarto que eu e minha família ficamos deixou um pouco a desejar, a TV pequena sem ser Smart, a cama não era confortável... E a iluminação achei escuro. A vista da nossa janela não era boa, estava de frente pro quintal de algum apartamento vizinho. Acredito que devam ter outros quartos melhores. Talvez numa baixa temporada seja mais fácil conseguir quartos melhores. Mas, em resumo é um hotel acolhedor, apesar das faltas mencionadas.

A localização é muito boa, o hotel é limpo e organizado. A area da piscina apesar de ter pouco espaço é bem legal e tem uma vista linda. A única dificuldade que tivemos foi para estacionar no local, pois mesmo tendo manobristas os carros sao colocados na rua.

No anúncio diz que o hotel conta com estacionamento, e na realidade os carros ficam na rua em frente a outros estabelecimentos comerciais. Precisávamos tirar e guardar as malas no carro no meio da rua. Havia reformas pelo prédio o que nos acordou muito cedo num sábado depois de ter passado a madrugada acordados por problemas no ar condicionado, no quarto onde o interfone não funcionava para conseguirmos contato rápido. De tudo, tivemos um excelente atendimento de toda a equipe, muito solicitos e atenciosos. Espero um dia talvez voltar e ter outra experiência, unicamente pela atenção e cuidado que todos tiveram conosco.

Localização excelente! Perto da praia, restaurantes e bares. Hotel parece ter sido reformado recentemente. Quarto bom, cama grande e confortável, chuveiro excelente, apenas as toalhas estão um pouco velhas. Peguei um quarto voltado para rua da frente q da p ouvir os ônibus passando na rua, nada que tenha atrapalhado o sono mas se quiser mais silencio melhor optar por um quarto para o fundo. Hotel não tem garagem mas tem manobrista gratuito o que foi muito bom! Funcionários super educados e prestativos! Voltarei com certeza!

O hotel está bem localizado próximo da praia da Pajuçara e perto da avenida beira mar e de muitas conveniências. O quarto nos serviu bem, nosso carro ficou estacionado em uma das vagas existentes. Parabenizo a equipe do hotel, pois na correria da saída para o aeroporto, esqueci meu celular no quarto. A camareira assim que encontrou avisou a recepção que me comunicou prontamente.
