"Good location, close to the train station which was nice, somewhat sketchy area but not too bad. There’s a cafe right outside. Check in was a bit confusing but the balcony was super nice and there was a fridge and a kettle in our room, AC worked well
Overall definitely recommend for the price"

"Excellent stay at Maison di Fiore with easy access to Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Naples / the airport. This is real family hospitality - their whole family went out of their way to make my stay amazing and personal, offering a custom experience through transport (they took me to Herculaneum, Vesuvius and the airport themselves) and excellent food. I haven’t experienced such good hospitality in a long time, truly 5 star! "

"The hotel is faultless for your needs on a city break to Napoli. Very clean and staff are excellent.
The position is good for a very busy city, a bit tricky to find at first but the parking is very handy in this area of the city. Many thanks to Vincenzo and Bella for a memorable stay."

"This hotel is in a convenient location across from the train station. It's quiet, clean, and has a wonderful restaurant at the top...food is creative, tasty, beautifully presented and their staff is warm and attentive. The rooms are modern, smallish, not very conducive to relaxing (no comfortable chair, no reading light except in bed, no space to lay out a suitcase except the bed itself). Hotel staff is variable, one lovely, helpful man behind the desk, but most are not so much. The neighborhood is busy, littered and noisy. Here, convenient location--and food!---is everything.

"Newer property. Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Five minutes' walk from the main Naples Central/Garibaldi railway stations, and within reasonable walking distance of the Historic Centre. We'd definitely stay again."
"A wonderful hotel! It houses an incredible collection of original Italian design pieces from the 1950s. The first floor was designed by Gio Ponti and features original period furnishings! An incredible experience! These are pieces you’d find in the world’s finest museums. Breakfast is just as fantastic, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Castel dell’Ovo and chairs by Carlo de Carli! An incredible place with a fantastic staff. For design lovers, this is a must-experience."
"The hotel is beautiful, and very clean! Unfortunately the staff were not polite or friendly at all. The hotel is not located in the best area, farther from things but since we only were there for a night it was good. "
"This is by a very long mile the worst hotel I have stayed in and I have been to some places.
To start - our the bathroom reeked of septic gas, by night time, it had engulfed the entire room. I was going to ask for a room change for this reason but when cleaning came around next morning, it was clear the other rooms had the same issue. The entire corridor was filled with septic odour, it wasn’t even worth bringing up. The only possible explanation is a backwater valve had not being installed to the septic tank and the bath and WC shared the same plumbing.
Considering the above, everything else that followed pales in comparison. Our room was facing the main street and it had zero sound proofing so you could literally hear people chatting outside in the morning and every car go by in the night. I asked for a room change on this basis as between this a the sewer odour we had managed no sleep after and 6 hour flight - we were told with no pretence of empathy there was no room change option available.
I cannot comment on the breakfast option as we have little appetite after inhaling septic gas all night. The only redemption was getting my wallet back after I had forgotten it at the hotel. When I called the hotel, they confirmed they had it and I returned to pick it up."
