We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. We were also invited to join the evening tea, a lovely gesture that made us feel truly valued and well taken care of. The service, ambience, and overall experience were excellent. You should try this out as it lies right in the middle of both."
