It is never out intention for guests to leave disappointed and I apologise we fell short in this instance.Our couches in reception are due for replacement. The replacements have been ordered, we are waiting on delivery. We agree these don't provide the best impression on arrival.Our restaurant was open during your stay for breakfast and dinner services and room service is possible during these times. I apologise this was not communicated to you during your stay.Our contractors have checked the air conditioning unit in your room and found it to be working. The temperature can be lowered to 16 degrees as well as the speed turned up to cool the room more efficiently. Our reception is manned from 6am - 10.30pm and we have a caretaker available overnight for any issues. We have passed on your feedback concerning the housekeeping team to the relevant manager.
